SHIPPING POLICY
We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times - United States: 5–10 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect address: If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return: - Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos as proof.
